HOPP letter template to clients
The general view is that HOPP should be presented to clients with a standalone letter once the conveyance is properly under way, with a follow up mention in your Report on Title. Attached is a draft letter to clients which some firms have asked us to write that sets out why they should consider a HOPP and this can be sent along with a copy of our consumer brochure.
