Risk Management in the Residential Conveyancing Process
This webinar will examine risks in the conveyancing process and analyse whether or not the current system provides adequate protection for the consumer, with particular reference to legal indemnities insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Through case study and claims examples, the presentation will illustrate the effects of unknown risks on property ownership and mortgage security and explore claims resolutions available through legal indemnities insurance.
